MINISTRY PURPOSE
The purpose of this ministry is to develop healthy Christian singles and aid single believers in understanding and knowing God's will for their lives. The single believer must be assured that there is JOY in being single and that one can live a righteous life in a world such as this. Also, this group seeks to develop strong family units, meeting spiritual, social, or financial needs while promoting fellowship with other single believers.
MINISTRY MISSION
Reaching out to singles within the church and the community. Spreading the word of Jesus Christ. We will provide brotherly and sisterly social activity, encouragement, mentoring and internal support groups.
MINISTRY GOALS
1. To provide opportunities of ministry to the single adult where they are, i.e. to give and receive unconditional love.
2. To provide opportunities to encourage and cultivate God-honoring relationships.
3. To provide opportunities to build and improve our walk and relationship with Christ.
4. To maximize our full potential in Christ as singles.
MINISTRY MEETING TIME
The S.W.A.T. Ministry meets bi-monthly on Fridays at 7p.m. (rooms to be announced). Fellowships will be identified on the S.W.A.T. calendar.
