Rev. Johnny Letman

Equipping Minister

Rev. Johnny L. Letman, III, was born in Lake Charles, LA to Johnny L. Letman, Jr. and Margeneil Letman.

Rev. Letman accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior in 1984. He became member of New Faith Church in Houston, Texas under the leadership of Pastor T.R. Williams. While at New Faith, Rev. Letman accepted his call to the ministry. He preached his first sermon, "Guilty By Association", and was ordained on March 11, 1990 at Fifth Ward Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Delbert A. Mack, Sr. There he also served Youth, Men's and Marriage Minister.

After 30 years in the refining industry, Rev. Letman accepted a full time staff position at Cathedral of Faith Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Mack. He is currently serving as the Equipping Minister and Director of the Men's Ministry.

Rev. Letman was blessed to meet and marry Lorraine Derruso. After 30 years of marriage, God has blessed their union with five children, four daughters and one son.

Lola Lyles Pollard

Sis. Pollard has been an active member of the COF family since 1990. She has held a variety of positions within the church since 1996 to include: Finance Manager, Pastor’s Assistant Administrator, Director of Women's Ministry, and Office Administrator. Sis. Pollard has been equally active in various ministries within the church. She is currently participating in the Women's Ministry as a teacher, Transformation Hour/Sunday School, Marriage Ministry and the Women's Chorus. Sis. Pollard is currently attending Lamar University – Beaumont. She and her husband, Bob, have shared 30 years of marital bliss.

Rev. Terrell D. Wilson

Christian Education Minister

Rev. Wilson was called into the preaching ministry in October of 1997. He delivered his first sermon in December of 1997. He subsequently attended Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology in Richmond, Virginia, in which he obtained a Master’s of Divinity Degree in May of 2001. Rev. Wilson was ordained in Gospel Ministry in December of 2002. Upon graduating with his Master’s of Divinity Degree, Rev. Wilson began work in the public school system where he coached and taught at Desau Middle School in Pflugerville, Texas, and at Marshall Middle School in Beaumont, Texas. He accepted the position of Christian Education Minister at Cathedral of Faith Baptist Church in 2005. He also currently serves as the Youth Director at Cathedral of Faith.
In August 2001, Rev. Wilson married Angela Diane Kinard and to this union was born 3 energetic boys – Caleb, Joshua, and Jacob. Rev. Wilson enjoys spending time with people, playing sports, carpentry work and relaxing with his family. He loves working with young people and dedicates his time to empowering youth.

Rev. Delbert A. Mack Jr.

Young Adult Minister

It is the belief of Delbert Jr. that the Young Adult Ministry's mission is to provide a young adult-focused outreach, enabling them to apply the principles of good Christian living to everyday living. It is the ministry’s desire to bring young adults together in an effort to increase knowledge and understanding of the word of God through fellowship, mentorship, Sunday school, Bible study, outreach, Lyric Lounge,professional development, and other activities; to achieve oneness with God. Delbert is the son of Pastor Delbert and First Lady Denise Mack. Delbert is also a member of the Music Ministry staff.

Debra Doffoney

Office Manager

Sis. Doffoney has held the title of COFBC Office Manager for 16 years and counting. Her smile greets our members and business guests at the doors of our office everyday. Sis. Doffoney assists Pastor Mack with his daily schedule and appointments, as well as, maintaining other key aspects of the church. In her 20 years as a member, she has served on the Adult Usher Board, Women's Ministry, and as Volunteer Ministry Coordinator. Sis. Doffoney has been happily married to her husband, Harold Doffoney, for 25 years.

Sis. Lisa Harris

Financial Director

Sis. Harris is a very vital part of this church organization. As Financial Director, she is responsible for everything from Payroll to Accounts Payable and all points in between. Sis. Harris has been a faithful employee of COFBC for 13 years of her 17 years as a member. Sis. Harris worships at COFBC with her son, Benjamin Harris.

Damien R. Drain

Minister of Music/ Worship Coordinator

Bro. Drain studied music under the instruction of the Late Davetta Naylor, and later at Lamar University. His career began at the age of 12 playing the piano and organ for Sunday School. He became the Youth Choir Director at age 14. Bro. Drain held his first Assistant Minister of Music position at age 17 and his first Minster of Music position was at age 19. As COFBC Minister of Music, Bro. Drain oversees and organizes the entire Music Ministry and assists Pastor Mack in planning worship services.

Bro. Robert Sartin

Relationship Healing Counselor

As a Certified Faith Based Counselor, Bro. Sartin provides Marriage counseling, as well as, counseling of individuals who have relationship issues with others. He serves as Director of the Relationship Healing Ministry. He is also involved in Outreach programs at COFBC.

Rev. Hayward Ramsey

Plant Manager 1

Self starting building maintenance facilitator Rev. Ramsey oversees the day-to-day maintenance of the church facilities, over seeing contractors, assisting with all other facility tasks.

Bro. Rogers Hall Jr.

Plant Manager 2

Hard working building maintenance person. Bro. Hall assists Rev. Ramsey in the overseeing of the church facilities, as well as, managing all event setups.
